Phoenix Larder at Brockhampton Parish Hall

Broome Farm has been the home of the Johnson Family for over 70 years. The 65 acres have been put to many uses during this time including a dairy herd, potatoes, soft fruit, sheep cider apples and more recently our herd of Alpacas.

There are 70 varieties of cider apples and perry pears, allowing the creation of award winning blends of cider and perry.

Mike Johnson makes the farmhouse cider and perry from the whole fruit, allowing it to ferment in its own natural yeast. Website
