5. Introductions of Guests and their address to the meeting. Mr Greg Jones, from the forestry commission's Coleford office and Martin Hales, tree warden from Fownhope will address the meeting on the subject of forestry management.

6. Finance- to Consider

a. Bank balance and completion of cheques for outstanding liabilities.  

Accounts- Completed Annual Return from external auditor UHY.

c. Signatories to the bank account - adding Ian Brough to the list of authorised signatories.
